I try at least twice a week to go to the gym, where I am then for 2-3 hours. I once read somewhere that you should endurance exercises at least 20 minutes, otherwise it is useless. So I go every 30 minutes through the first and then to the strength exercises:)
In the summer I also like swimming, dancing and cycling and is always good anyway.

You should definitely not miss the breakfast, or metabolism may even not start. Usually my mom makes it a sandwich or I eat cereal (weekend). Lunch and dinner available from us at home always something warm, I try to eat dinner as much as possible only proteins (lean meat, fish, egg, cheese, ..) and stop in between a lot of fruit but I love sweets and chocolate, and could never be without it!
And what do you eat your kebab? :-D
